The House - Melin - y - Plas

The house is approximately 2 miles north of Barmouth on the A496 coastal road, with easy access to the local sites and attractions.

Although it is situated at the entrance of Caerddaniel Holiday Home Park, it is a private house with its own garden and ample parking in the rear. Residents of the house will also be able to use the facilities of the site during the main season (March-October) including the children's play area, shop/take-away and access to the beach, as well as the nearby pub, which caters for families.

Booking well in advanced is advised as many guest return year after year to savour this unique property.

Kitchen/Dining Area

This large, spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes an Aga, built in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher as well as other basic essential equipment. There is also dining table and chairs and a TV, and it has excellent views across the bay, and of Caerddaniel Holiday Home Park. Access to the Down Stairs Toilet can be made through here. There are also patio doors to the Garden Area outside.

Lounge

The large lounge has views of the beach and the sea and a patio door to the outside area. They also include TV and a Sky Box (free channels only). There is plenty of seating for all the family.

Bedrooms

There are three spacious bedrooms in total. Room One has a double bed that can be turned in to two single beds. Room Twp has one large double bed in the room. Room 3 has a double bed in the room and an en-suite. All have sea views across the bay and a televsion.

Bathroom

There is a separate Bath and WC room and bathroom and towels are provided.

Toilet

There is also a small down stairs toilet.

Laundry Room

The Laundry Room is equipped with a Tumble Dryer and Washing Machine and has a dog wash area.

Parking

There is ample parking for up to 3 cars.
