The Cottage - Ty'n-y-Buarth

The Cottage is located 5 miles north of Barmouth and 5 miles south of Harlech Castle on the A496 coastal road, with easy access to local sites and attractions. Guests can also enjoy the facilities of Caerddaniel Holiday Home Park and its exclusive access to the beach (approx. 3 miles away). Call at Reception and first time visitors will be escorted to the property.

Kitchen/Dining Area

This fully equipped and spacious, newly re-furbished kitchen, includes a built in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher as well as other basic essential equipment. There is also dining table and chairs, and a Flat Screen TV, and a door that leads to the patio.

Lounge

This cosy, warm and large lounge, has 2 settees, 2 coffee table and storage units. There is also a 37" Flat Digital TV, as as well as a a Logik Ipod/CD/Radio Sterio Hi-Fi System.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms in total. One is a single-bedded room with a T.V and a dressing table and a storage cupboard. The Master Bedroom has a Double Bed, and is en-suite, and also has a T.V, a Radio Alarm Clock, a wardrobe and Chest of Draws. The second and third Double bedded rooms have a T.V, wardrobe, and chest of draws.

Bathroom

The Bathroom has a vanity unit, toilet, and a bath with shower above. Towels are provided.

Utility Room

The Utility Room is within the entrance of the cottage and has a units with a built in sink, and also a seperate room with a toilet in.

Parking

There is ample parking for up to 3 cars and this leads to the lawned area at the front and a patio area.
